We have an image problem in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). The challenge stems from how the industry is organized, multiple project delivery methods, and how much money is at risk. I help individuals, teams, and entire companies create and use engaging Leadership Narratives as the antidote.
I have been an AEC industry advisor since 1988. At some point more evaluations, workshops, and conferences are not the answer. Eventually the leader needs to put all of that training, development, and knowledge into practice. That's where I come in.
