One-to-One

You Don't Have to be a Rockstar. Just Be You.

Leaders are genuine. Not fake, slick, deceptive, or hypocritical. I have coached hundreds of leaders. Most of them have taken leadership assessments and been to many workshops. But, they have never synthesized that knowledge into an authentic Leadership Narrative. I can help. Prices start at just $2,500/person.

First, Take the 3-Minute quiz!

learn if you are qualified.

To understand how much a Leadership Narrative can make you a better leader, please answer these questions either Yes, or No.

  1. Does the story you tell yourself about yourself no longer serve you well, or fail to incorporate all of your leadership insights?
  2. If your life were a book, are there chapters you would rewrite now to reflect new leadership insights, or learnings?
  3. Are you feeling recently motivated to reinvent yourself but do not know where to start?
  4. Do you have limiting beliefs about yourself that you inherited from others (i.e., parents, authority figures, teachers, bosses, etc.) that no longer feel right?
  5. Does your past define you so much that it constrains you?
  6. Have you, or your employer invested in your leadership training, but not put all of the insight into demonstrated practice?
  7. Does your construction company face a war for talent, or want more negotiated work?
  8. Are you on a fast track to executive leadership, or want to be?
  9. Do you have negative, even harmful phrases about you that run in your internal script?
  10. Do you wish you could just be yourself more often as a leader at work?
  11. Does the thought of composing a new Leadership Narrative intimidate you because you are not a writer?
  12. Do you think high-performing leaders need to be consistent in their messaging?
  13. Do you have past failures you carry that you wish you could reinterpret as stepping stones rather than setbacks?
  14. Does your inner critic win more often than your superhero self?
  15. Finally, is this statement accurate? "I want to revisit my old Leadership Narrative, and develop a new Leadership-Narrative, but I need writing assistance!"
